The Award Winning Dartmouth Band is an extraordinary place for your child to experience all that music has to offer. This program helps develop kids in many ways. It can introduce them to music for the first time or it can be a place where their musical talents grow and blossom for the future. It’s also a great place to meet wonderful families.
The Music Booster Committee runs fundraisers throughout the school year to keep this high caliber program intact for our kids even during these unsettling budgetary times. The money your student raises is used to purchase new music each year, clean and maintain all school-owned instruments, and purchase new supplies, uniforms and instruments as needed for the Band program. This ensures that the band classes, programs, concerts, and events continue each year. Fundraisers noted with (*) below indicate that all funds raised by Symphonic (Marching) Band students go into their personal Disneyland account to be used toward their trip. Beginning and Concert band student earnings go into the General Fund.

October Butter Braids* – a braided pastry that is kept frozen until you bake it.
November See’s Boxed Candy* – This is the classic See’s Candy that is great to give as gifts at the holidays.
February Cookie Dough* – a great selection of frozen cookie dough and pastries to choose from.
March Pops Concert Dinners – Come eat with the Dartmouth Band families prior to the Pops concerts.
April Family Comedy Night and Silent Auction – a fun-filled night for the entire family.
